The RCoA are aware that users are currently experiencing intermittent or slow access to the platform. This often leads to either access being denied or frequent error messages.
They are working with our suppliers to resolve this issue. A solution is currently being tested and this scheduled maintenance is planned to be in place for Wednesday 8 August. Therefore please be aware you are likely to encounter these error messages prior to the fix being applied and therefore we recommend you avoid significant data entry until after the fix.

The old RCoA eportfolio will be switched off in Aug 2019, and registrars are moving from eportfolio to the new platform in cohorts.
All consultants/SAS doctors with existing eportfolio access will be emailed their password for the new platform (please check your junk folder) and will retain access to the current eportfolio until it is switched off.
