Reconising ND

Neurodiversity is part of up to 10% of the population and there are many neurodiverse people within medicine. Dyslexia, Autism, Attention deficit disorder are all conditions which have many strengths. They can also make some aspects of training more challenging. Recognising neurodiversity can allow support mechanisms to be put in place.

Exam help

Sitting and passing post graduate examinations can also be challenging for those who are ND. Specialist support for exams, plus advice to trainees who might want to apply special circumstances to written papers in particular, is available via PSWS.
